1 cauliflower
2 slices of light cheese
2 eggs
Directions
- In a shredder place the cauliflower and cheese and grind (in thermomix 5sec vel5)
- Add the eggs and grind (in thermomix 30sec vel3)
- Line and extend the preparation so that it becomes a fine ‘dough’ and goes to the oven at 200º for about 20 min (or until golden, depending on the oven)

- Remove from the oven and add the toppings (I used tomato pulp, vegan cheese, mushrooms, and tuna
- Finally, bake in the oven for 10/15 minutes
