Cauliflower Pizza: Quick and Tasty Recipe

Make this simple and quick Vegan Cauliflower Pizza with only 3 ingredients: Cauliflower, slices of light cheese, and eggs.

Ingredients

  • 1 cauliflower

  • 2 slices of light cheese

  • 2 eggs

Directions

  • In a shredder place the cauliflower and cheese and grind (in thermomix 5sec vel5)
  • Add the eggs and grind (in thermomix 30sec vel3)
  • Line and extend the preparation so that it becomes a fine ‘dough’ and goes to the oven at 200º for about 20 min (or until golden, depending on the oven)
  • ven tray with a sheet of parchment paper
  • Remove from the oven and add the toppings (I used tomato pulp, vegan cheese, mushrooms, and tuna
  • Finally, bake in the oven for 10/15 minutes
