Soy Bolognese in the oven

Fine soybeans
Onion
Olive
Grated mozzarella cheese
Tomato pulp or whole tomato (I used the 2)
- Seasonings:
Salt
Sweet paper
Garlic
Powder
Ground pepper
Directions
- Leave the soy to demolish in water for at least 1 hour
- In a saucepan sauté the onion in olive oil
- Squeeze the soy and add to the sauté
- Add the spices and tomato/ tomato sauce
- Add hot water and let cook about 10/15 min
- In a Pyrex put a layer of the previous preparation, then the dough (you can use the konjac noodles that do not need to cook, just pass through water, or else pasta, previously cooked), then the rest of the bolognese, and on top the grated cheese
- Take to the oven preheated to 180° until the cheese melts and starts to burn, and you’re ready/
