Ingredients

  • 1 cooked beets

  • 1/2 onion

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 70ml vegetable drink

  • 4 tbsp nutritional yeast soup

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Directions

  • In a skillet sauté the garlic and onion over medium heat
  • In a food processor place the previous mixture and the remaining ingredients and grind everything until thick
  • Add the sauce obtained to the previously cooked pasta and it is ready
