Protein Muffins: With Raspberry and White Chocolate

1/2 (55g) cup oat flour
2 tbs (45g) plant yog
40g vegan protein powder ( sub 1/3 cup oat flour + 2 tbs maple syrup)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp nut butter of choice
1 tsp maca powder
1/2 + 2 tbs plant milk
1/2 chopped white chocolate
1/3 cup frozen raspberries
Directions
- Preheat oven 180°c
- Combine all ingredients then fold in the blueberries then pour into muffin molds.
- Bake for 25-30 mins, chill in mold for 5 mins then remove and place on a baking
- Drizzled some more white choc for the toppings!
