Cocoa Cake with Strawberries

280g thin oat flakes;
2 tbsp pure cocoa powder;
2 eggs;
240ml vegetable drink (I used soy);
2 ripe bananas;
1 tbsp coconut oil;
2 tbsp coconut sugar;
1 tbsp yeast;
Strawberries (I used fresh but you can use frozen).
Directions
- Put all the ingredients in a blender (except strawberries) and grind (in thermomix 30 sec speed 7);
- Pour the dough into a greased pan with coconut oil or parchment paper;
- Place the strawberries on top of the dough;
- Place in a preheated oven at 180 ° for 30 min.
