180g oat flakes;
5 tbsp of coconut oil;
4 tbsp water;
2 tbsp honey;
- Filling
4 apples;
Cinnamon (by eye);
2 tbsp coco coconut oil
Directions
- Crush the oat flakes (if you do it in the thermomix, skip this step and the next one);
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix until it forms a consistent dough.
- For those who do it at the Thermomix, just add all the ingredients of the dough and program 30sec speed 4.
- In a baking tin lined with parchment paper, spread the dough and place in a pre-heated oven at 180° until the dough is crunchy (about 10 minutes);
- While the dough is in the oven in a frying pan, add the cut apples to the cubes, add coconut oil and cinnamon and sauté for about 10 minutes;
- After sautéing, add half of the apples in a blender or with a blender and puree (thermomix 10sec speed 7);
- After removing the dough from the oven, add the apple puree on top and spread over the dough;
- Add the rest of the apples to the cubes on top of the puree;
Bake for about 10 minutes and it’s ready.
