Last day of vegan breakfast! it’s crazy that it’s been a week already. I really hope you guys like this series since I do and it’s never hard to make something that is vegan. this recipe might be a little crazy 🤯 since this has a lot of steps but everything does not always have to be homemade. I made my own almond butter and strawberry jam !! it’s really easy to make and I’ll write the recipe below, who knows you guys wanna try it
so I’ve tried making almond butter before but it was a fail 🙁 but this is not and I’m in love. IT’S SO GOOD?!? like how? and also this almond butter only uses 2 ingredients which is super amazing. I’m sure you guys will have these ingredients at home. if you don’t let me go buy some 😎🛍 also strawberry is much easier to make!!

Baked Oats Almond Strawberry: Vegan Breakfast

40g oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp maple syrup/sweetener
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla and 100-115 ml plant-milk
- Filing
homemade strawberry jam
- Toppings
sliced almonds
almond butter
strawberries
Directions
- Baked oats:
- preheat oven to 200C
- mix all the ingredients and blend
- put strawberry jam in the middle and cover
- put sliced almonds
- bake it for 20 minutes
- Strawberry jam:
- cook your frozen strawberries in a pan
- let them soften
- (optional) add chia seeds
- put 1-2 tbsp of maple syrup
- Almond butter:
- preheat oven 180C
- roast your almonds for 10 minutes
- blend them, scrap the side if needed
- add salt and blend till they turn into a spread
- Sliced almonds:
- soak your almonds in water for a day
- peel the skin off
- slice them into thin slices
- bake in a preheated oven 180C 10 minutes
