Ingredients

  • 1 egg + 1 white

  • 10g flaxseed flour

  • 15g spelled flour

  • 1 slice of light cheese (that’s what put inside the bread)

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients (except cheese) in a bowl and mix well
  • Microwave for 2 min
  • Open it in half and place the cheese (or the filling you want)
  • Take it to the toaster (optional, but I recommend it)
