Low carb bread in the microwave

1 egg + 1 white
10g flaxseed flour
15g spelled flour
1 slice of light cheese (that’s what put inside the bread)
Directions
- Mix all ingredients (except cheese) in a bowl and mix well
- Microwave for 2 min
- Open it in half and place the cheese (or the filling you want)
- Take it to the toaster (optional, but I recommend it)
