2 tbs of flaxseed flour
1 tbs of spelled flour
1 tbs of yeast
1 egg + 1 white
1 hand of spinach
Salt (to taste)

Directions
- Put all the ingredients (minus the seeds) in a blender and grind;
- Pour the mixture into a small skillet and cook over low heat and then turn over;
- Add seeds;
- Cut in half and add the filling (I put smoked salmon)
