Ingredients

  • 2 tbs of flaxseed flour

  • 1 tbs of spelled flour

  • 1 tbs of yeast

  • 1 egg + 1 white

  • 1 hand of spinach

  • Salt (to taste)

  • Seeds

Directions

  • Put all the ingredients (minus the seeds) in a blender and grind;
  • Pour the mixture into a small skillet and cook over low heat and then turn over;
  • Add seeds;
  • Cut in half and add the filling (I put smoked salmon)
